MSNBC Host Goes On Unbelievable Rant: “P*ss & Sh*t” In Sarah Palin’s Mouth
She’s everything the left hates: Guns, Pro-life, Christian, and Republican.
Yet at what point has it gone too far?
Sarah Palin has been called everything and every name in the book — and she’s not even running for, or holding office.
Most recently, MSNBC’s Martin Bashir went on yet another rant, this time about Sarah Palin. Palin recently referenced slavery when discussing our crushing deficit, and apparently that didn’t sit tell with Mr. Bashir, who suggested that Palin ought to be flogged and receive “Darby’s Dose,” one of the most horrendous treatments of a cruel slave owner, Thomas Thistlewood, in the 1700’s.
Darby’s Dose is described in Thistlewood’s diary when he explains that a slave named Darby was caught eating kanes. Thistlewood had him “flogged and pickled” and then ordered another slave to defecate in Darby’s mouth.
Bashir described several similar abominable practices from other slave owners but it didn’t take long for him to reach his point: that Sarah Palin was deserving of this treatment.
Bashir states, “When Mrs. Palin invokes slavery, she doesn’t just prove her rank ignorance. She confirms if anyone truly qualified for a dose of discipline from Thomas Thistlewood, she would be the outstanding candidate.” It would almost seem as though Martin Bashir thinks that the United States ought to bring back these inhumane practices.
Perhaps someone ought to tell Mr. Bashir that the United States fought a brutal war against slavery in 1861 so that we didn’t have disgusting people who are willing to treat other human beings in the style of Mr. Thistlewood. But that means nothing to folks like Bashir – who’s hatred of their fellow human beings is evidently alive and well.
What do you think is the meaning behind Bashir’s comments?
